The plan

What your 14 days actually look like

Most routines fail on day four, because they start with everything at once. Yours starts small and adds one thing at a time.

  1. Day 1–3

    Settle the basics

Cleanser, moisturiser, SPF. Three steps, twice a day. No actives yet — the point is to find out whether the habit sticks before anything can sting.

  2. Day 4–7

    First active, three nights

Retinal at 0.1%, three evenings a week, never two nights in a row. Your barrier gets a day off between each one, which is the whole reason people quit retinoids in week two.

  3. Day 8–11

Add what your scan asked for

Low glow gets vitamin C in the morning. High redness gets a barrier serum instead. The plan follows the zone that scored lowest — forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks or chin.

  4. Day 12–14

    Re-scan and compare

Same eight numbers, same 0–100 scale, so day 14 sits directly next to day 1. Then the next fourteen days are built from the new reading.

How it works

Everything feeds the routine

Four things, done properly — and each one exists to make the next fourteen days more accurate.

14 days, mapped out

Morning and evening blocks with real times — and a plan that changes when your scores do.

Five zones, read separately

Forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, chin — the plan starts at the lowest one.

Your glow potential

An honest preview of your ceiling — not a filtered version of someone else's face.

Same scale, every scan

Day 1 next to day 14 next to day 90 — one chart, no guessing whether it's working.

Why Glowé

Built to be finished, not just downloaded

Thirty seconds, not thirty questions

No fifteen-screen quiz before you see anything. Point the camera at your face and the plan is waiting before you've put the phone down.

Honest stays honest

Glowé is a cosmetic and lifestyle product. Your score is an estimate, not a medical diagnosis, and no substitute for seeing a dermatologist.

Your photos stay yours

Scans are processed for your analysis and your history, nothing else. Never sold, never handed to ad networks, and deletable — single scans or the whole account — from inside the app.

After the 14 days

The plan doesn't stop — it re-reads you and starts again from the new numbers.

Two fresh scans a week

Enough to see movement, few enough that you're measuring your skin rather than your bathroom lighting.

A chart for every metric

Texture, redness, pores, evenness, glow, hydration, blemishes — each on its own line, all on the same 0–100 scale.

Glow-Up Reel & Skin Duel

Your scans cut into a shareable video, and a head-to-head comparison with friends if you want the extra push.

FAQ

Before you download

The questions people ask us most.

What does the 14-day routine actually contain?

A morning block and an evening block for each of the fourteen days, with real times, the order of steps, and how often each active runs. Actives are introduced gradually — retinal starts at three nights a week rather than every night — and the plan is rebuilt from your next scan when the fourteen days are up.

How accurate is the skin score?

It is a consistent reading, not a medical measurement. Glowé looks at what a front camera can see — texture, tone, redness and visible blemishes — under reasonable light. The strength is comparability: the same scale every time, so day 1 and day 14 line up. It cannot see under the skin and it diagnoses nothing.

What does Glowé cost?

Downloading is free. Glowé Pro is an auto-renewing subscription at €4.99 per week or €39.99 per year; prices may vary by region and the exact amount is shown in the App Store before you confirm. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can cancel any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

What happens to my photos?

They are processed to produce your analysis and stored so you can compare scans over time. They are never sold and never passed to advertising networks. You can delete individual scans or your entire account, photos included, from the app — see our privacy policy for the full detail.

Do I need to buy specific products?

No. The plan works in categories — cleanser, serum, moisturiser, SPF — and you can add the products you already own. We do not sell products and take no commission on any we mention.

Which devices does it work on?

iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later. There is no Android version yet, so please don't plan around one.

Something's broken. Who do I talk to?

A real person, usually within one working day. Head to Support or write straight to Glowe.skinapp@gmail.com — a screenshot helps enormously.
